COACHES SEMINAR

 Registration FEES: $45.00 per individual or $175.00 Club Fee per site

(The above fees will be honored 30 days or more before date of clinic you are registering for)

FEES Paid after 30 days to one day prior to event:  $50.00 per person – No Club/NAWGJ fee offered

Walk In Fees:  $75.00 at the door per person     No club fees offered at the door

Club Fee:  unlimited number of participants from that club per site selected : must select a site – if club has coaches that wish to attend different sites, a fee must be paid for EACH site. Fee must be paid 30 days prior to clinic date

NAWGJ discounted fee:  $35.00 per site with proof of NAWGJ membership (must send in copy of card to receive discount) must be paid within 30 days of clinic date to receive discount

$25.00 Fee for insufficient funds/returned checks
